Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. We will let you know (via text message or phone) when it’s ready for collection so you can drop in to pay & collect at a time that suits your schedule.

Please Note: 

• Medication refills are subject to approval by one of our veterinarians.
• For legal reasons, we will need to have seen your pet in the past 6 months.
• Please allow 1-2 business days for the staff to verify with the veterinarian and prepare the refill.
• Special order medications can take 3-5days to process.
• There is a charge for all written prescriptions.

Orders are usually ready within 1 business day.
